Delivery time  

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment
Personalised orders have a delivery time of 4 weeks
We will inform you if items are not in stock as this could take an extra 14 days for delivery
Please notify us if your order is URGENT
Please report any shortages or problems with your order within 2 days of receiving the goods, this will allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Returns policy

Making sure that you are satisfied with your order is our number one priority at I do we do so we are more than happy to exchange or refund anything that is unopened. Please make sure that you inspect your goods carefully as we would like anything that is to be returned to be done so within 14 days of receiving the products.
Personalised items may only be returned if any of the following apply:
If the item is faulty
Please report faulty items to us within 14 days of receiving the goods and these will be replaced with no cost to you immediately.
There is an error on the personalisation of the product that is the fault of "I Do We Do". Please make sure that any wording that you may send through appears exactly how you would like it to appear on your invitations.  If the wording that we are sent matches the wording on your stationery and this is incorrect  then we accept no responsibility in replacing these items and the cost for this will be your responsibility.  Please make sure that all names to appear on the invitations are spelt correctly.

Any item this is returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind is subject to a 10% stocking fee. However if the goods are faulty or damaged during delivery then they will be immediately replaced at no charge to you.

Returning the goods to us

Please contact us via email or alternatively on 0401 790 147 and we will organise with you to have the goods returned to us at our cost. Please note that all goods must be returned in their original packaging.
